I have followed the video and setup the Workflow and it is running also.. But I have question on the response on 'Improvements' column in the sheet. I have posted my question separately few hours back.. can you please check?
Hi Jugal, Thanks for this workflow. I am seeing a small issue in the output that I am getting for "Improvements" section. It is somehow not giving real improvements needed based on JD and resume comparison. Looks like its not picking the JD and my resume tags. Most of the improvements are around core technical expertise although the Job and resume are both for Project Manager. e.g improvement I am getting are like 1. [REWRITE] Customize summary for AI/ML and MLOps focus.
2. [ADD] Feature relevant AI/ML projects or coursework.
3. [QUANTIFY] Add metrics to all development achievements.
4. [FOCUS] Emphasize scalable ML systems and optimization.
Thanks for the reply. Would you please suggest which section should I change? Looks pretty generic apart from where you have mentioned tech_tools in 1st agent. But the problem is with 2nd AI agent and prompt for that is pretty generic.
Hello Jugal, Thank you for creating this excellent workflow. I have set it up exactly as shown in your tutorial, hosting n8n on Docker, and everything is functioning well overall.
However, upon the first execution, I encountered an issue—after four jobs, the following error appeared:
“Problem in node ‘HTTP Request’: The service is receiving too many requests from you.”
Do you happen to have a workaround or recommended solution for this?
I am trying to input some other roles, like consultant and operations-related, but this still runs for a senior position in the United States on the software development side
Are you sure your sheet is correctly updated? Can you open the linkedin search url node and tell me what is the output? And also the get rows from sheet output, it should be a list of 6 fields
Hey Jugal, This is Pavani Mounika. Firstly, thank you so much for providing us with this workflow!
Currently I'm facing an error which I tried but couldn't find a solution to it. Can you please look into it. I have already sent you screenshot in linkedIn dm please check it when possible for you.
Problem in 'Append or Update Row in Sheet1'. I tried to paste the URL only as mentioned but I guess it is showing error near Values to Send, what needs to be sent in the result do we need to input any values ?? in video it is automatically shown but not showing for me ??
Also I want to target different job roles at a time for example frontend developer, react developer, Javascript developer etc... I tried adding it in the excel but in the filter section it is only outputting the first row actually. Can you/anyone please help me with these 2 issues....if possible.
In case anybody is updating their 'Filter' sheet to target various roles, make sure you create a new entry for every role and provide required values such as location and experience level. This is what it'll look like:
1). Software Engineer --- United States --- (select your level from dropdown)
2). Cloud Engineer --- United States --- (your level from dropdown)
As i am running n8n in localhost when i m trying to sign up with google. I m getting error like "The site can't be reached" localhost refuse to connect
You can't directly connect localhost with it, you need to add localtunnel, look into how you can set it up using `ngrok` which is free and changing the host
Under Values to Send → Link (using to match)”, I’m not seeing any value or field token available to map — whereas in your video (like the one you showed), there’s a field like {{ $('Edit Fields').item.json
Did you tried to correct the column name from 'locaton' to 'location' in the 'Result' sheet? If you did, that might be the reason for this error. Let that typo 'locaton' be there and it'll work I guess.
No buddy its showing me the same. in the video 1st you told to paste the url of the google sheet in the Document url. but later in the document place you kept my list so you got filter option.
but in my case as i pasted the url, in the next option called sheet its asking me url but its not showing me filter word.
Hi jugal, thanks alot for this workflow! Im facing an error, In the gsheet, Im only getting the linkedin job links , my cover letter , skills , and improvements and title, and all the other rows are empty except for the linkedin link column.
Hey folks, if you are facing issues setting it up, please start from scratch and set it up again, follow the video step by step.

5. [ADD] Detail Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipeline experience.
6. [ADD] Highlight data structures, algorithms, distributed systems.
7. [REMOVE] De-emphasize non-AI/ML specific web development.
8. Missing keywords: AI/ML, MLOps, LLMs, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, CI/CD, algorithms, data structures, distributed systems.
Try changing the prompt in the first and second AI agent a little bit to be around product manager.

For now if you want to support multiple rows, please create multiple instances of the workflow.
i too got the same error. could you let me know aswell
can you DM?
unable to share the photo. i sent you photo on instagram @i_jashu9
Hey Jugal, thank you so much for providing us with this workflow!
Currently Im facing an error which I tried to decode but couldnt find a solution to it. Can you please look into it.
Problem in node ‘AI Agent‘
Paired item data for item from node 'LinkedIn Search URL' is unavailable. Ensure 'LinkedIn Search URL' is providing the required output.
Thank you.
Can you DM a screenshot of 'LinkedIn Search URL'

When creating the Oauth client select Desktop Application instead of Web Application.
getting this error Append or update row in sheet1
The 'Column to Match On' parameter is required
Use "Link" as the column to match on from the dropdown.
yeah, still getting the same error.
Under Values to Send → Link (using to match)”, I’m not seeing any value or field token available to map — whereas in your video (like the one you showed), there’s a field like {{ $('Edit Fields').item.json
can you re import the workflow in a new scratch one, I think while setting up other steps something might have messed up, feel free to DM
Did you tried to correct the column name from 'locaton' to 'location' in the 'Result' sheet? If you did, that might be the reason for this error. Let that typo 'locaton' be there and it'll work I guess.
oh shoot, didn't even notice this, correcting both workflow and the sheet
Changed, but still getting the same error, under the values, I'm not getting any value or token available to map
You must not change, leave it as it is that is ‘locaton’. Just reconfirming.
ok, still facing the error
Can you just re import the workflow and try from scratch changing only the things I changed in the video
how to run this in mobile phone
Once you setup using your laptop, you can use in your phone after that
facing an error in google sheets. i pasted my url in the document but i am not getting filter option directly in the sheet url
After pasting the URL, can you exit out of the node, save the workflow, refresh the page and then try
No buddy its showing me the same. in the video 1st you told to paste the url of the google sheet in the Document url. but later in the document place you kept my list so you got filter option.
but in my case as i pasted the url, in the next option called sheet its asking me url but its not showing me filter word.
Towards the end of the video I do mention to change it to url,
Have you made a copy and connected your own google cloud account on which that sheet exists?
yes i made a copy and once dm please i sent you screenshot
DMed you

What do you mean? Can you DM?
Hi , I just did. Thanks
Did you pay for n8n monthly subscription?
No, I use their 14 day free trial
You can self host as an alternative
Hey, I don't know any of this stuff and I feel lost here can you please guide me through? I am form a non tech background.
Hey, can you follow the instructions given below? I’ll try to make a tutorial of the same this week
Added a tutorial on the post
I am facing the issue in the Linkedin URL node could you please help me there ?
Hey sure, what’s happening?
Drop the full error here, happy to help solve it
Paired item data for item from node 'LinkedIn Search URL' is unavailable. Ensure 'LinkedIn Search URL' is providing the required output.
An expression here won't work because it uses .item and n8n can't figure out the matching item. You can either:
Add the missing information to the node 'LinkedIn Search URL'
Or use .first(), .last() or .all()[index] instead of .item
Can you DM a screenshot to me on substack
Hi, I think I am facing the same issue. The execution is stuck at Linkedln Search URL for about an hour, not sure it should take that long
No, it shouldn't, try reimporting it from scratch and follow the video step by step.
